Let us help you with your Mortgage Payment.
If you are having difficulty making the payments on your home loan with our Bank, you may be eligible for a loan "workout" or "modification". We have outlined several options available to you that can provide the financial assistance you need. For additional information or to discuss how we can help you, please call our Customer Service Department at (877) 226-5820 (toll free in California). We want to help you keep your home.
Options to Help Avoid Foreclosure
Use Other Sources of Payment Besides your Checking/Savings Account such as:
- Selling stocks or bonds
- Using funds from a 401(k)
- Requesting cash value from a life insurance policy
- Monetary gifts from family or friends
Before you use any of these other sources to pay your home loan, please make sure you understand any penalties or tax issues that may result.
Repayment Plans
We can work with you to develop a repayment plan for any payments you have missed.
Loan Modification
We may be able to modify the terms of your loan. A loan modification could include changing the interest rate, changing the term, or adding delinquent payments to the balance of the loan.
Forbearance
We may be able to develop a forbearance plan with you if you are experiencing a temporary hardship.

FDIC Insurance Coverage
NOTICE OF CHANGES IN TEMPORARY FDIC INSURANCE
COVERAGE FOR TRANSACTION ACCOUNTS:
All funds in a "noninterest-bearing transaction account" are insured in full by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation from December 31,2010, through December 31,2012. This temporary unlimited coverage is in addition to, and separate from, the coverage of at least $250,000 available to depositors under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.
The term "noninterest-bearing transaction account" includes a traditional checking account or demand deposit account on which the insured depository institution pays no interest. It also includes Interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts ("IOLTAs"). It does not include other accounts, such as traditional checking or demand deposit accounts that may earn interest, NOW accounts, and money-market deposit accounts.

MRD Scanner Maintenance

We have provided you with a starter cleaning kit as well as instructions on how to properly clean your scanner. Below is the list of recommended products which can be purchased at most office supply stores as well as a link to the vendor website which provides you with additional accessories beneficial for your machine. In order for your scanner to maintain its efficient functioning it is important for you to take the recommended steps for cleaning and maintaining your machine.
The recommended cleaning schedule for your check scanner is once a week, or as needed based on the quantity and condition of the documents being processed. Dust, lint and small particles can get into the track area which will prevent the scanner from operating smoothly. Also, after extended use it will be necessary to replace the Feeder and Separator Roller Rings due to normal wear. At some point it may also be necessary to purchase additional or replacement cords which are available to you through the vendor website provided below.
