
Protecting your privacy is
important to the Bank and our employees.
We want you to understand what information we collect and how we use
it. In order to provide our customers
with a broad range of financial products and services as effectively and
conveniently as possible, we regularly manage and maintain customer
information. The following Bank privacy policy serves as a standard for all Bank
employees for collection, use, retention and security of nonpublic personal
information.
“Nonpublic personal information”
is nonpublic information about you that we obtain in connection with providing
a financial product or service for you; for example, information regarding your
account balance, payment history, and overdraft history.
Information Collection
We may collect “nonpublic personal information” about you
from the following sources:

Information we receive from you on applications
or other loan and account forms;
- Information about your transactions with us, our
affiliates or others; and
- Information we receive from third parties such
as credit bureaus.
Information Disclosure
We
will sometimes disclose information about you or your account with companies
related to us by common control or ownership (“affiliates”). Disclosing this information can help us
provide you with the products that best meet your needs.
In certain circumstances, we may
also disclose nonpublic personal information about you with third parties
outside of our corporate family (“nonaffiliated third parties.”) For example,
we may disclose information about you to third parties to assist us in
servicing your loan or account with us, as notice to a credit bureau, or as a
result of government subpoena.
We may disclose all of the information
we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on
our behalf or to other financial institutions with which we have joint
marketing agreements.
We only disclose nonpublic personal information about
customers as permitted by law.
Information Security
We also take steps to safeguard customer
information. We restrict access to your
personal and account information to those employees who need to know that
information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and
procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your
nonpublic personal information. We establish an agreement with all third
parties that details the extent to which our customers’ information should be used
and restricts any additional usage, sale, or sharing of our customers’
information.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
Should future information sharing we do require us to
provide an opportunity to opt-out prior to disclosing information, we will
provide that opportunity prior to sharing information. In the event that there are changes to this
Privacy Policy you will be notified.
